6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery terms, costs, and timelines vary by item and destination.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the item is shipped.

  • Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of art auctions, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are issued only in cases of verified fraud, payment error, or as required by law.
